2019 Election Administration Plan
The EAP was first drafted and posted on our website for public review and was open for public comments. The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk then hosted 5 Public Hearings throughout the County and accepted public comments in person. Each Public Hearing was recorded and can be viewed using the links found below. The EAP was later amended to include feedback received through the public comment process and submitted to the California Secretary of State (SOS) for approval. The SOS reviewed and approved the final EAP. The final EAP is fully accessible and is available in 13 languages.
