Request a Copy of a UCC Financing Statement In-person

Records of UCC financing statements for Los Angeles County are maintained in alphabetical indexes by name and year the document was recorded. Phone requests for index searches are not accepted.

In-Person Appointment

Appointments can be scheduled up to three (3) weeks in advance.

When Will I Receive My Copy?

If you visit the Norwalk office and request a copy of a real estate record in-person, the copy will be available the same day.
