Payment Options
In-Person Request
We accept:
    - Cash
- Check: Make payable to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk. Valid identification of the signer is required at time of purchase.
- Money order: Make payable to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
- Debit/Credit card: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa ($1.75 service fee and maximum limit of $15,000)
- Apple Pay and Samsung Pay: ($1.75 service fee and maximum limit of $15,000)
We do not accept:
    - E-Check
- Temporary Check
- Foreign Check (with the exception of Canada and Mexico)
Fax Request
    - Credit card: American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® or Visa®. Include credit card payment information (name on the card, card number and expiration date) in your request. 
Mail Request
    - Check or Money Order: Make payable to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
Note: We will not accept E-Checks, temporary checks or foreign checks (with the exception of Canada and Mexico) for any Recorder/County Clerk services. If an E-Check, temporary or foreign check is received, the request will be rejected and sent back to the submitter requesting a new method of payment.
