The County of Los Angeles Department of Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) 19-002 to solicit bids for a contract with a business that can provide certified ibml scanner maintenance and support services (M&S) on up to twenty (20) Imaging Business Machines, LLC (ibml) ImageTrac 6400 document scanners used for election ballot processing. Bids are due May 21, 2019 at 3:00PM PST.

The scope of services will include::

Hardware (M&S)
Onsite M&S during Major, Minor, and Special Elections
Election Tally System Testing
Providing Scanner Operators during Major Elections
