When two or more documents are serially incorporated into one form or sheet, they will be considered as two or more separate documents. An appropriate base recording fee of $15.00, a Building Homes and Jobs Act Fee of $75 plus a District Attorney Fraud Fee of $5.00 will be charged for each document (Except those expressly exempted) and $3.00 for each additional page. For example:

At the time of recording, you may purchase a certified copy. The fees for obtaining certified copies are $6.00 for the first page and $3.00 for each additional page per document.

You may also bring in your own copy of the original document to be conformed at the time of recording. Your first conformed copy is, at no cost, an additional conformed copy that may be purchase for a fee of $5.00 for the first page and $3.00 for each additional page.
